Dominion (Guardian Angels, #1) - Melody Manful The story had potential and seemed really interesting (based on the story description) but I think that the overdone romance ruined it completely for me unfortunately.
Iced (Fever, #6; Dani O'Malley, #1) - Karen Marie Moning I've decided to give 'Iced' a 5 star rating regardless of the fact that there is no Mac & Barrons.
'Iced' is the first of 3 books from Dani's point of view.
I didn't really have much of an opinion of Dani in the previous books, but after reading 'Iced' I find my opinion changing and the further I got in the book I found myself liking her.

I cannot wait for the next book in the series although it is horrible knowing that there isn't even a release date for it yet!!
After The Virus - Meghan Ciana Doidge I've given 'After the Virus' 2 stars mainly because I just found myself unable to remain interested near the end. I didn't find 'Rhiannon' to be particularly likable and whenever it came to her chapters I would just find myself becoming annoyed.

Overall it wasn't a bad book at all, 'After the Virus' is very different from all the other Zombie/Post-apocalyptic books that I've read, but for me I guess I found to be just okay.
City of Bones - Cassandra Clare 2.5/5 stars

I liked most of City Of Bones, however when I got towards the end of the book I just found myself losing interest to the point where I ended up skim reading the rest of the pages.
The main thing that did it for me was the whole Clary/Jace being brother and sister that I found quite weird, especially considering the relationship they had throughout most of the book....how does no one else see something odd about that? I just felt like it was a bit of a let down to the rest of the story.

I'd say that the book was decent enough to make me want to see the movie when it comes out though, so it'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

Prodigy (Legend, #2)

Prodigy (Legend, #2) - Marie Lu I was suprised by this book, I didn't think that it would be better than Legend but obviously I was wrong. I think this is one of the only books I've read where I have given a higher rating to the sequel.
Harry Potter: The Prequel (Harry Potter, #0.5) - J.K. Rowling I don't think it's possible to really say anything about the prequel. It was over before it really began...

The Diviners (The Diviners, #1)

The Diviners (The Diviners, #1) - Libba Bray I enjoyed reading 'The Diviners' It was entertaining, interesting and full of suspense!
I loved the fact that it was set in the 1920's. It incorporated the lingo, fashion trends, political issues etc. that were prevalent at the time. I haven't read any other books that are based in that time period so it was definitely interesting to read about it.
Only downside (and it wasn't much of an issue) was the length of the book.
Dreamfever (Fever, #4) - Karen Marie Moning That cliffhanger was just cruel.
Bloodfever (Fever, #2) - Karen Marie Moning How could you NOT like this book?!
The Kill - L.J. Smith Okay, so this book has definitely been added to my favourites.
I LOVED everything about The Forbidden Games. 'The Kill' was such a perfect end to the series, and Julian was such a great character!
Darkfever - Karen Marie Moning I was pleasantly suprised by this book. I didn't begin it expecting it to be as good as it ended up being.
I really liked the detail to the story, the names of the different objects etc.
I'm excited to start the sequel!
Ladle Rat Rotten Hut (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #4) - Cameron Jace Out of the 4 prequels I've read so far, I liked this one the most. I still can't find myself giving it a rating of more than 2 stars.
I can't really see how all if these prequels are going to fit together in the first book though...
Snow White Blood Red (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #1) - Cameron Jace I like the idea behind the story, it was good enough to make me want to read the rest of the prequels.
I'm hoping that by the end of the all the prequels I will have a clearer idea of what I think of them as a whole, as each individual prequel is quite short.
Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) - Susan Ee I absolutely loved this book!
This was one of the first books I've read which was based around Angels and I have to say I was a bit skeptical about starting it but Angelfall was amazing and has completely set the bar for me. I just think it's going to be very difficult for anything to top this.
It definitely deserves 5 stars.
>Now to endure a year of waiting for the sequel.
Ultraviolet (Ultraviolet, #1) - R.J. Anderson I loved the book right until where the whole alien thing came in to it, at that point the story just seemed to go downhill for me.
The whole synesthesia aspect of it was very interesting and I liked the other characters (Pine Hill patients) but I couldn't find myself caring for it much after a certain point...
Judging by other reviews I must be the one of the only ones that wasn't that impressed with Ultraviolet.
Endurance - Ann Aguirre I had no idea that this mini-story existed. I have to say it's nice to know what happened to Stone and Thimble after Deuce and Fade were exiled to the Topside.
It's definitely got me excited to read the final book in the Razorland series "Horde" which will be out September 2013.
